Removal

1.RemovethenegativeterminalfromtheBattery.

2.RemovetheoilandOilPanwithreferencetotheofficialmaintenancemanualforthatparticularmodelcar.

WorkProceedure

・Removetheundercover,/ draintheengineoil,/ removethefrontpipe

・Removethestartermotor,/ removethebellhousingcover,/ removetheoilreturnpipe.

Oncetheoilreturnpipeandotherpartswithgasketshasbeenremovedpleaseensurethatyoumeticulously

removealloldunwantedgasketbitsandgreasebeforere-assemblingtheenginelater.

3.Removetheoilpan.

・Pleasebecarefulnottobendtheoilpanwhenremovingitfromthecylinderblock. Overtimetheytendtobe

hardtoremove.

・Afterremovingtheoilpanandboltspleaseproceedwiththecompleteremovalofanyunwantedoldbitsof

gasketandgreaseetcforthepreparationofre-assemblylateron.

4.Removetheoilstrainerandstockbaffleplatefromthecylinderblock.

Youcanusetheoriginalboltsfortheinstallationofthisnewbaffleplate.

Installation

1.Installthelightplate.(don'tfittheboltsyet)

2.Pleasefitthecenterplatewiththeboltssuppliedinthekit.【Ⅳ∼Ⅶ】

（WithEvo 8-9 MRyouwillneedtoinstallthesideplateaswell

thatisincludedinthosekits. ）

*EVO4-7:Pleaseusetheboltssuppliedinthekit.

*EVO8-9:PleaseusetheoriginalOEMboltsfromthebaffleplate.

Turnthecrankpulleybolttorotatethecrankandmovingassembly
